Suttons Bay Bingham District Library 5-Year Strategic Plan (2025-2030)
Purpose: The Suttons Bay Bingham District Library Strategic Plan provides direction and vision for the library.
Process: With the expiration of the Library’s previous 5-Year Strategic Plan in 2024, the Library Board undertook an update. This process began in the spring of 2024 and was completed in the spring of 2025.
Priorities: Six strategic priorities for 2025-2030 were identified.
- Customer Service & Professional Development
- Library Communications, Outreach, & Engagement
- Optimize Digital & Physical Collections
- Library Technology & Digital Literacy
- Variety of Library Programs & Events
- Explore Enhancement of Library Facility
Implementation: The library will continue to serve, inspire, and evolve in response to the changing needs of our diverse and engaged community. This plan ensures the library remains a hub for education, information, culture, recreation, and community – now and into the future.
